- Classic x360Cloud offers robust reporting capability, including:
- A reporting interface to schedule automated scans and the generation of backup summary reports.
- Visual symbols that quickly indicate scan status and scan results.
- Easy navigation to see details about the SaaS services or connectors being backed up.
- A report format to easily generate useful analytics and status.
(Note: Classic x360Cloud reports generated in the former report format are still accessible under the “Backup archive” tab. If no reports were generated in an older format, you will not see a “Backup Archive” tab.)
Backup Report vs. Scan
In Classic x360Cloud, a summary report is triggered automatically once every 24 hours. A scan is triggered automatically multiple times a day. A summary report accumulates all scan statuses available within the 24-hour period.
Not every scan status is included in a backup report: Scans that are either in progress, retry, or scheduled will not be included. As the report compiles, user accounts with any of these three designations will be excluded from the summary results in the backup report.
If no new scans occur within the 24-hour-cycle, no new summary report will be created.
