Anchor Host Names
- Web:

To find an IP address:
- Open a command prompt.
- Enter nslookup syncedtool.com.
Note: Replace syncedtool.com with the appropriate host name.
The command will return the current IP addresses.
Port Information
- HTTP connections: port 80
- HTTPS connections: port 510
- Secure agent-server connections: port 443
- SMTP connections: port 25
- LDAP connections: port 389
Note: Port 389 is only required if configuring LDAP configuration settings through a network connection. If configuring LDAP configuration settings using a registered desktop client, this port is not required. For more information, please reference the Integrating Active Directory with Anchor Knowledgebase article.
Note: Secure LDAP—or LDAPS—is not supported by Anchor at this time.
Default Outbound Email for Anchor
Note: Outbound Email for Anchor servers that are using the "System Default" will come from 192.254.117.73, as the sending server IP address (Unless this value is set in a sub-organization where the parent organization has a custom mail server configured).
Note: Outbound Email for Anchor servers that are using a custom mail server will come from the web hostname address:

Axcient SPF Addition for Branded Notifications
If you have a SPF record for your domain and have configured the Axcient Web Portal to send out emails with your domain for branding purposes, you might need to add our notification source to your SPF record. In this case you'll want to add the following to your SPF record:
