Axcient will be performing planned maintenance that will affect all Axcient US SaaS datacenters.
Maintenance is scheduled for Wednesday, October 18th, 2017 between the hours of 10:00 and 11:00 pm (PDT).
Axcient cloud services associated with x360Recover will be intermittent or unavailable during the maintenance window. This includes file replication, over-the-wire preloads, and preload ingestion.
