Summary
From Wednesday January 24th, 2018 (1/24/2018) through Tuesday January 30th, 2018 (1/30/2018), Axcient is releasing a hotfix update tox360Recover Appliances, Vaults, and Global Management Portals (GMPs). The main purpose of this 'hotfix' release is to resolve a minor issue as a result of the most recent x360Recover release (v2018.01.12).
Issue Resolved
There were a few isolated issues with x360Recover Appliances when a drive was previously replaced.
- Partners that recently replaced one or more storage hard drives within their local hardware appliance may have experienced an issue after applying the v2018.01.12 update.
- After the update, the storage pool changed to a degraded state.
- This 'hotfix' code update fixes the issue.
