Please read all of the info below. If you do not upgrade to a newer version of Rapid Recovery before 6/6/2018, you will not be able get support for your older EOL cores from Quest or Axcient.
The current build of this product is Rapid Recovery v220.127.116.11. Support for Rapid Recovery v6.1.1 will be discontinued on June 6th, 2018. Please visit Rapid Recovery Product Lifecycle Table (https://support.quest.com/rapid-recovery/lifecycle) for more information on the complete version history and current level of support by version.
We would like to help ensure that you can continue to use the Quest product successfully by suggesting you upgrade to the latest version of Rapid Recovery, v18.104.22.168. As you may or may not be aware, there is an upgrade path from this older version to the latest one Axcient now supports free of charge as long as your maintenance is current with Quest. In order to start the upgrade process, please create a ticket by either calling us or sending an email to https://axcient.com/partner-support/ The target core will need to be upgraded first here at Axcient. Also, the support for older OS's has changed. Please review the KB linked below prior to the upgrade to make sure your agents will work with this latest version.

Axcient support can offer guidance, but please keep in mind that you may need to contact Quest support for local assistance. If you have a Dell Appliance, you must first update the RUU before installing the latest version. This ensures your system drivers are up to date. Several reboots may be required.

The Rapid Snap for Virtual feature of Rapid Recovery lets you protect virtual machines (VMs) on specific Hypervisor platforms without installing the Rapid Recovery Agent on each guest machine.
- If you do not upgrade to a supported version of Rapid Recovery, Quest or Axcient will not be able to provide you a means of upgrading your product or provide any additional support past the EOL Date.
- It is of course our goal to ensure that you are able to maintain your backup environment now and in the future. Please plan to take action now by upgrading your product to a supported version by 6.6.2018!
