Issue #1 Summary
Multiple "Download error" messages appear after a failed attempt to download a file.
Issue description
When an internet connection is absent or unstable, the application's attempt to download a file can fail.
When this happens, a "Download error" message indicates that an attempt has failed, and that the user can retry the file download once the internet connection is re-established.
The "Download error" message appears multiple times on a single failure.
This will be fixed in the next release.

Issue #2 Summary
Office 365 apps freeze when opening a document within a Team Share to which a user is subscribed to as Web-Editor, Viewer, Previewer or Uploader.
Prerequisites
- Team Share subscription with one of the following roles: Web-Editor, Viewer, Previewer, Uploader
- "Finder" app is in use
- One of Office 365's apps is in use
Issue description
If a user is subscribed to a Team Share as Web-Editor, Viewer, Previewer or Uploader, and is using a "Finder" app when they attempt to open a document within that Team Share via the Office 365 native application, the document is not loaded. Instead of loading, the Office 365 splash screen appears.
This happens because Office 365 apps cannot handle the not-null error codes provided.
Workaround
Use Synced Tool's file browser instead of a "Finder" app.
We are now testing solutions to enable Office 365 apps to provide an error message when a file cannot be opened, instead of displaying a splash screen with no indication of the status.
A fix will be provided in a future release.

Issue #3 Summary
When an upload session from "Camera Upload" is terminated before completion, a duplicate file can be generated.
Issue description
As with any network operation, an upload can fail. Sometimes the upload failure may be relatively predictable and in these situations, the upload failure is handled gracefully by the app.
However, in cases when the upload process is abruptly interrupted (for example, if a device battery runs a flag or a device operating system ceases to provide resources to the app), a file duplication error can occur.
This duplication error may also sometimes happen when the user closes the app.
Eventually, the app uploads the full content of the files. But an abrupt interruption can cause file duplication within the interrupted session.
Workarounds
- Avoid turning off the device during an uploading session
- Avoid forcing a device screen to lock, since this may cause the operation system to stop
- Delete a duplicate file if one was generated
There are multiple improvements underway to enhance the overall experience of downloading and uploading, including improved handling of the types of interruptions described above. This issue is not exclusive to this specific release.
