Problem: The user has configured a Runbook. However, the Virtual Office will not start when the Run Runbook button is clicked. The user sees the following error when attempting to start the Runbook:
Cause: The primary reason a Runbook will not start is if a subnet has been incorrectly configured for one or more of the devices in the Runbook.
At least one subnet must be configured for at least one of the devices in the Runbook.
Solution: The user will need to configure a subnet for one or more of the devices in the Runbook.
Please note that the user will need to configure a subnet in the Configure Office page once the Virtual Office is deployed in order to deploy the remaining devices.
