ConnectWise is a Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform for companies that sell, service, and support technology.
You can opt to integrate this platform with x360 CloudFinder so that tickets are automatically created in ConnectWise when an organization has not generated a backup within a 24 hour period.
To integrate CloudFinder with ConnectWise, you need to complete all four of the following tasks:
- Create an API member and generate API Keys.
- Specify service defaults for the API member.
- Configure PSA settings in CloudFinder.
- Turn on ticketing in CloudFinder.
A ticket will automatically be created in ConnectWise PSA if an organization does not successfully generate a backup within a 24 hour period.
Currently, tickets from all organizations are created under a single company in ConnectWise (the company will be created automatically). In future releases, you will have the ability to map organizations for improved management.
