Problem: The user did not receive, or cannot find, the email from Axcient Support containing the Virtual Appliance download link.
Cause: The email may have been caught by your corporate or desktop client spam filter.
Solution: Have the user verify the span filter settings and add Axcient to their ‘safe senders’.
If the user has confirmed that the email from Axcient Support did not get filtered, please contact Axcient Support and request a new email be sent.
