Improvements

  • Requests for additional recovery codes are now limited to once every hour
  • You can now resend MFA codes when using SMS
  • Reworked and improved the user experience with Edits and Updates to Cases
  • Updated the x360Recover product card

Fixes 

  • Resolved an issue where enabling MFA would get stuck if a timeout occurred
  • Resolved an issue where the State/Province drop down menu wasn’t functioning properly when choosing USA as a country when editing Contact Info
  • Resolved an issue where removing and re-adding the same file attachment would fail
  • Resolved an issue where the unsaved changes modal would appear unexpectedly
  • Resolved an issue when typing in the other service ID field, focus or other interrupts would prevent typing
  • Resolved an issue with SameSite cookies
  • Selecting a different Support tab now correctly resets per_page count or page selection
